What currency do you accept?
All prices are in USD. We are only currently shipping in the United States right now (not including Alaska or Hawaii). We may offer Canadian shipping soon.

 

Where can I buy ELECTRA?
Right now we are a DTC (Direct To Consumer) company. Your order of Electra will be mailed to you within 2 days of a successful order.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We typically ship within 48 hours of a successful order.

What's your return and/or refund policy? If If your product arrives damaged, take a photo, you will need that for shipping claims directly with the shipping company. 

We have a 30 day return window. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Have been purchased on iDrinkElectra.com within 30 days since your purchase date.
  • You must return the unopened product
  • Include a copy of your receipt along with updated mailing information to us here

All REFUNDS are submitted to your financial institution by Electra within 3-10 days of the request. 

Please remember it can take as much as 30-60+ days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we submit the request.

Replacements

DripDrop has a 30 day replacement window. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must:

  • Be defective or damaged (take a photo immediately)
  • Have been purchased on iDrinkElectra.com or our TikTok shop
  • Have been purchased within the last 30 days

Received the wrong product?

Simply reach out to us here with a photo of the item you received. We will have your actual order in our files - and will ship out correct item within 72 hours.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email . If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

Absolutely! We are here to help. Please send us an email and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.

 

Where can I find nutrition information on Electra?

Electra is supernatural hydration that contains ZERO artificial flavors, preservatives, flavoring or colors. Please check out the nutrition label on our bottles for the full details. We are proud of our clean label. Our labels are on all product pages. 


    What are electrolytes?

    Lots of buzz around electrolytes, right? An electrolyte are minerals in your body that are needed for hydration. When you're active, or when you exercise or exert, your body loses these substances. If your body loses too many, you become dehydrated. That's why you'll hear recommendations to drink sports drink when you're dehydrated. Electra is formulated with sea salt, coconut water concentrate, watermelon concentrate, potassium and magnesium -- the last four are excellent sources of electrolytes. 


    How many calories does Electra have?

     

    16 oz stick of Electra in water has 10 calories.


    What is the shelf life of Electra?

    The "best by" date can be found on the stick package - minimum 24 months.

    Is Electra safe for pregnant or nursing women?

    No studies have been done on pregnant or breastfeeding women. A study at healtline.com classifies it as safe for children, pregnant womenand breast-feeding women

    I’m a retailer who wants to carry Electra, how do we connect?

    Do you have an ambassador program?

    Yes, it's called Electralytes. Pls send an email to support@idrinkelectra.com and include name, age, city/state, phone #, social media links, website (if applicable) and why you'd be a great Electralyte. We'll share application if there's a fit.

     

    My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?

     

    Check your order:
     

    1) Review your receipt to ensure correct shipping address.

    2) If you live in an apartment be sure to check the package box in the mailroom. Or check to see if they left with a neighbor.

    3) Leave a note for your carrier with instructions for how to handle the box if you're going to be away from home.

    4) Wait 3-5 Business Days
