What currency do you accept?
All prices are in USD. We are only currently shipping in the United States right now (not including Alaska or Hawaii). We may offer Canadian shipping soon.

Where can I buy ELECTRA?
Right now we are a DTC (Direct To Consumer) company. Your order of Electra will be mailed to you. We are meeting with key retailers in January, and will announce our retailer plans as soon as they're available.

What's the sweetener in Electra?
Electra is naturally sweetened through its ingredients including watermelon water concentrate. You may have heard me mention MONKFRUIT in my Shark Tank Episode -- which was shot in the summer of 2020. By the time the episode aired in January 2021, we'd switched to a natural sweetener, NCZ, based on customer feedback. 

We use a zero calorie sweetener called NCZ Sweet 

  • Fermented sugarcane Reb M – a natural, zero-calorie, high-potency sweetener produced naturally through clean fermentation of sustainable sugarcane from Brazil
  • The highest quality and level of purity available
  • Low glycemic index, great for diabetics
  • No calories, no petrochemical processing and no high-fructose corn syrup/additives
  • All of the good, nothing bad

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Due to COVID19's impact on supply chain, orders are delayed and scheduled to ship AFTER February 23, 2021. Please follow weekly on Facebook for updates on delivery and shipping.


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? 
As our products are perishable and due to COVID considerations, we will not be able to receive product back that's been opened. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SEND US PRODUCT THAT YOU'VE OPENED. 

If your product arrives damaged, take a photo, you will need that for shipping claims directly with the shipping company. 

Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email . If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

Absolutely! We are here to help. Please send us an email and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.

Where can I find nutrition information on Electra?

Electra is supernatural hydration that contains ZERO artificial flavors, preservatives, flavoring or colors. Please check out the nutrition label on our bottles for the full details. We are proud of our clean label. Our labels are on all product pages. 

    What are electrolytes?

    Lots of buzz around electrolytes, right? An electrolyte are minerals in your body that are needed for hydration. When you're active, or when you exercise or exert, your body loses these substances. If your body loses too many, you become dehydrated. That's why you'll hear recommendations to drink sports drink when you're dehydrated. Electra is formulated with sea salt, coconut water concentrate, watermelon concentrate, potassium and magnesium -- the last four are excellent sources of electrolytes. 

    Why did you use watermelon water & coconut?

    Well, other than their hydration properties, we found that together they made Electra more powerful in taste and recovery.

    Am I tasting vitamins?

    You sure are! We've packed vitamins B, C & D in Electra, as well as antioxidants, sometimes called “free-radical scavengers, which aid in stopping inflammation and other health concerns including heart disease.

    How many calories does Electra have?

    Can you believe a 16 oz bottle of Electra only has 60 calories - only 9 grams of sugar and ZERO added sugars.

    What is the shelf life of Electra?

    Once opened, we suggest you consume within 3-4 days. Unopened bottles have a shelf life of 12 months. The "best by" date can be found on the top of the bottle.

    How many servings are in a bottle of Electra?

    Each 16oz bottle of Electra contains one serving. 

    Is Electra available in powders?

    Yes, we are finalizing the formulas for our powders. You're going to love the convenience of Electra powders. They are scheduled to ship in the Spring 2021.

    How should I store Electra liquids?

    That's up to you but like most hydration beverages, a chilled Electra will never let you down. Don't forget to shake well before opening. Once opened, please keep refrigerated. 

    Are Electra bottles recyclable and BPA free?

    Absolutely -- to both questions. We care deeply about the planet. Please check recycling programs in your community.

    Is Electra safe for pregnant or nursing women?

    No studies have been done on pregnant or breastfeeding women. A study at healtline.com classifies it as safe for children, pregnant womenand breast-feeding women

    Do you have an ambassador program?

    Yes, it's called Electralytes. Pls send an email to ambassadors@idrinkelectra.com and include name, age, city/state, phone #, social media links, website (if applicable) and why you'd be a great Electralyte.

     

    My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?

    On our website in a red shaded area are the words: COVID19 shipping delays. Thanks for your patience. COVID-19 has delayed orders by 5-6 weeks. We will ship your order as soon as we can. Take the following steps.
     

    1) Review your receipt to ensure correct shipping address.

    2) If you live in an apartment be sure to check the package box in the mailroom. Or check to see if they left with a neighbor.

    3) Leave a note for your carrier with instructions for how to handle the box if you're going to be away from home.

    4) Wait 3-5 Business Days 

    I know that seems like a long time but unfortunately mail delivery has been fairly unpredictable due to COVID-19.  All tracking updates are provided by the shipping service and we have no control over these.

    What's the CANCELLATION & REFUND policy?
    We will honor cancellations and refund requests that arrive before your order is processed and moved to fulfillment. 

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Send requests to support@idrinkelectra.com and we will track your orders and let you know if it's eligible for cancellation and refund. 

    All REFUNDS are submitted to your financial institution by Electra within 3-10 days of the request. 

    Please remember it can take as much as 30-60+ days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we submit the request.
