Refund policy

 

What's the CANCELLATION & REFUND policy?
We will honor cancellations and refund requests that arrive via email before your order is processed and moved to fulfillment. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Send requests to support@idrinkelectra.com and we will track your orders and let you know if it's eligible for cancellation and refund. 

All REFUNDS are submitted to your financial institution by Electra within 5-14 days of the request. 

Please remember it can take as long as 30-60+ days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund AFTER we submit the request.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery date) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned -- especially during COVID-19, like perishable goods (such as food, beverages, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
