COVID-19 FULFILLMENT NOTES
Our goal is to offer service that delights you. In light of the pandemic, there are many factors that we honestly cannot control. Once your order is placed we are relying on a host of partners to get your order to your doorstep. There have been massive delays since March 2020 that have impacted our business.
We will communicate with you everystep of the way, and we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly yet as safely as we can. If there are delays, they will be posted on our website via a FOOTER link labeled UPDATES.
We endeavor to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Right now we are only shipping in the United States. We will announce on our website if and when that changes.
Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring
that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all
times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and
packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within
48 hours after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped
from our warehouse to the destination.
International delivery (once offered) usually
takes about 15–30 business days.
US orders are shipped by all companies and determined solely by our fulfillment department. After processing and leaving the
warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their
destination but can take longer from time to time.
